Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you may want to know about AND ICONIC sculptures, ordering and shipping.
Are these sculptures limited artworks or mass-produced objects?
These sculptures are created as limited art objects, not mass-produced decor. Every design is conceived, developed, and artist-finished by Ahu Didem Sever in the Iconic Creative Studio. From the initial concept to the final surface details, each piece is personally shaped by the artist’s hand and vision. Subtle variations in form, texture, and finish are intentional, reflecting the individuality of each artwork and reinforcing its collectible character.
What materials are used in the sculptures?
The sculptures are produced using premium resin combined with marble powder, allowing for refined detailing, durability, and a sculptural presence. Depending on the design, surfaces may include hand-painted layers, graffiti elements, splash techniques, chrome plated metallic effects, or special finishes applied individually in the studio to enhance depth and character.
Can I request a custom color or special finish?
Yes. Many designs can be adapted in color, finish, or surface treatment upon request. Custom pieces are developed directly in the studio, allowing the final work to remain true to the original artistic language while reflecting your personal vision. For chrome-plated or highly specialized finishes, production time may be longer due to the complex, multi-stage process required to achieve a refined and durable surface. The size and scale of the sculpture also play an important role in determining the overall production timeline. Each custom request is evaluated individually.
Do you accept custom painting commissions?
Yes. Custom painting commissions are available upon request and are created as artistic reinterpretations rather than direct reproductions. The work primarily focuses on graffiti, pop art, and street art–inspired designs, developed with bold colors, expressive compositions, and layered techniques. Each painting is created individually, guided by concept, mood, and artistic direction.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 3 to 7 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 7 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the design, surface techniques, and size. Each artwork is carefully finished by hand before being securely packaged for shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide shipping is available. Sculptures have been shipped to over 30 countries globally, with extensive experience delivering to the United States, as well as Canada, Brazil, Singapore, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, and Japan. With more than six years of international shipping experience through platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, and direct social media orders, each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe and secure delivery. US orders ship DDP: customs duties are prepaid, so nothing is due on delivery. For other countries, any import duties or taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.
How should I care for my sculpture or artwork?
To preserve the surface and finishes, gently clean the artwork with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid damp cloths, chemical cleaners, alcohol-based products, or abrasive materials, as they may affect painted details, chrome finishes, or special surface treatments.
