Return Procedure and Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal for products ordered in standard sizes and not made to order, without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason, within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be unused, undamaged, not deformed, and returned in its original packaging.

Notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal and any other notices related to the Agreement must be submitted to AND ICONIC in writing through the communication channels specified on the website. In order to validly exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the legal period and in accordance with the applicable legislation and the withdrawal procedures published on the website. Buyers are advised to carefully review the relevant sections on the website for detailed return and withdrawal instructions.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

a) Products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the Seller. Objections related to price changes in such cases are not valid.

b) Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal requests, customized, made to order, produced in special sizes, or otherwise not suitable for return due to their nature.

c) Products whose protective packaging, seal, tape, or wrapping has been opened after delivery, as well as products that have been damaged or used.

d) Products sold by AND ICONIC that have been mixed with products obtained from other suppliers after delivery or returned with claims that they belong to AND ICONIC. Such return requests shall be deemed invalid.

e) Books, audio or video recordings, software programs, and similar products supplied in physical form whose packaging has been opened by the Buyer.

f) Return requests submitted after the expiration of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery shall not be accepted.

g) Any damage caused during shipping must be reported to the courier company before opening the package and must be documented visually. Claims made after the package has been opened shall not be accepted.

Refunds

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with this policy and the returned product passes the Seller’s inspection, the product price shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
