RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Damaged items: always covered

Every AND ICONIC piece is protected by our brand guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, we always make it right, wherever in the world you are. Please report the damage to the courier before opening the package, take photos, and send them with your order number to hello@andiconic.com.

International orders (outside Türkiye)

Under Türkiye's import and export regulations, any returned item becomes subject to customs duties and customs procedures again. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside Türkiye, except for items that arrive damaged. Before you order, we are happy to send you extra photos and videos of the piece so you can decide with confidence. Just write to hello@andiconic.com.

Orders within Türkiye: right of withdrawal

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. For products ordered in standard sizes and not made to order, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, not deformed, and returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, write to hello@andiconic.com within the 14-day period with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

a) Products prepared in line with the Buyer's personal requests, customized, personalized, made to order, produced in special sizes, or otherwise not suitable for return due to their nature.

b) Products whose protective packaging, seal, tape or wrapping has been opened after delivery, as well as products that have been damaged or used after delivery.

c) Products that have been mixed with products obtained from other suppliers after delivery, or returned with claims that they belong to AND ICONIC.

d) Return requests submitted after the expiration of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

Refunds

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with this policy and the returned product passes inspection, the product price is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
