TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website operated by IKONIK DEKORASYON VE TASARIM Limited Şirketi under the brand AND ICONIC. By accessing or using the website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. PRODUCTS

All artworks, sculptures and design objects offered are original, handcrafted pieces. Variations in color, texture and finish may occur due to artistic processes and are not considered defects.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Payments are processed in Turkish lira (TRY). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for reference only; the final amount is charged in TRY and the exchange rate is set by your bank or card issuer. Prices include applicable taxes. Shipping is free. Orders to the United States ship with customs duties prepaid; for other countries, customs duties and import taxes of the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

4. ORDERS

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, technical errors or force majeure, in which case the Buyer is fully refunded.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, images, texts and artworks are the intellectual property of AND ICONIC and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

6. LIABILITY

AND ICONIC shall not be held liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping providers or customs procedures, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

Custom orders are artworks created specifically according to the Buyer's personal requests, including color selection, size adjustments, surface finishes, inscriptions, mottos or design modifications.

All custom orders are produced on a made-to-order basis and begin production only after payment has been successfully completed. Estimated production times (7–15 business days) are shared with the Buyer before order confirmation and may change with the complexity of the design.

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of custom artworks, custom orders are final and non-refundable. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish and form may occur as a natural result of handcrafted processes and are not considered defects.

AND ICONIC reserves the right to refuse or cancel custom orders that cannot be executed due to technical, artistic or material limitations. In such cases the Buyer will be informed and fully refunded.

By placing a custom order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Custom Orders Policy.
