TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website operated by IKONIK DEKORASYON VE TASARIM Limited Şirketi under the brand AND ICONIC. By accessing or using the website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All artworks, sculptures, and design objects offered are original, handcrafted pieces. Variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to artistic processes and are not considered defects.

3. PRICING

Prices are listed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly noted.

4. ORDERS

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed. The seller reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, technical errors, or force majeure.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, images, texts, and artworks are the intellectual property of AND ICONIC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. LIABILITY

AND ICONIC shall not be held liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

Custom orders are artworks created specifically according to the Buyer’s personal requests, including but not limited to color selection, size adjustments, surface finishes, inscriptions, mottos, or design modifications.

All custom orders are produced on a made-to-order basis and begin production only after payment has been successfully completed.

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of custom artworks, custom orders are final and non-refundable. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Production times for custom orders may vary depending on the complexity of the design, materials used, and current workload. Estimated production times are shared with the Buyer prior to order confirmation and may be subject to change.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, and form may occur as a natural result of artistic and handcrafted processes. These variations are not considered defects.

AND ICONIC reserves the right to refuse or cancel custom orders that cannot be executed due to technical, artistic, or material limitations. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed and fully refunded.

By placing a custom order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Custom Orders Policy.
