SHIPPING POLICY

AND ICONIC ships worldwide from Ayvalık, Türkiye. Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

In-stock pieces are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces are produced and shipped within 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include production time for made-to-order or custom artworks.

Carriers and tracking

Orders within Türkiye are delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo. International orders are delivered by FedEx, DHL or UPS. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. The Buyer is responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring successful delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

United States: all orders ship with customs duties prepaid by AND ICONIC, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Other countries: shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are paid by the Buyer on delivery and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays and returned shipments

AND ICONIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the Buyer. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address information or failure to receive the package, reshipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your package on delivery. Any damage must be reported to the courier before opening the package, documented with photos, and sent to hello@andiconic.com.
